Rather than design a new product I've been looking at putting a twist on existing products within Molly Felicity Designs range - that's when I hit on the idea of using Tweed to make some of the products which you have come to associate with Molly Felicity Designs style.
Tweed as we know it was developed in the 1830s and was popular with British aristocracy - perfect material for introducing given we have a Royal Wedding in May this year. Traditionally tweed was handmade on a loom but over the years this process has now been mechanised. The plaid tweeds, in Molly Felicity Designs new collection, feature bold stripes of varying widths and colours.
Until next time
